First off, a huge thank you to Tingon for sending us the A1 in exchange for a review. The adult wellness market continues to grow, change, and evolve, and TINGON’s Vibrating Anal Plug A1 brings a new option with loads of features. 12 vibration modes, 5 intensity levels, and very simple app control. I love playing with new tech and trying out different interactive and app controlled devices. Around half of my toys are app connected in some way, shape, or form. The Tingon app is very basic, but it is easy to use and simple to navigate. Bluetooth connects on its own, you simply select which toy you want to use that is in range, and you're good to go.
The A1 comes in a discreet cardboard box with no markings or indication of what’s inside. The branded packaging inside is simple and clearly shows what the product is. Everything is well packaged and there was no damage upon delivery. In the box you have the A1, a charging case, charging cord, and instructions. The water-drop-shaped charging case is a nice touch as it lets you charge it on your nightstand or living room, and nobody would ask questions. It’s sized appropriately for travel, easily fitting in a carry on bag.
The A1 features a sleek design with a unique diamond texture. Visually I was a little bit intimidated, as the texture looks sharp and pointy, however touching the plug it is a very soft material and was quite comfortable to place. It is heavy compared to other prostate massagers like the We-Vibe Vector+, almost twice the weight. This was a new sensation for me, but one I was inclined to repeat. You know, for testing. In no way at all just for my own good times. The push button is easy to find and reach, and the plus is water resistant so you can play in the shower without worrying about any issues. The A1 is also compatible with the Tingon App, letting you easily change between the different modes and intensities. Powered by a high-performance brushless rotor motor rated at 5,000 RPM, it delivers intense yet quiet vibrations, estimated at 40-50 decibels per the company website. I don’t own a decibel meter yet, but when I do, I’ll come back with an actual reading and graph.

The Tingon A1 features 12 vibration modes and 5 intensity levels. Its weighted design naturally presses downward, creating a satisfying sense of fullness. While it doesn’t have a dramatic curve, the broad head and solid build do provide light prostate stimulation, especially during movement or when clenching around it. The overall feel is firm but slightly cushioned, with just enough give to be comfortable over longer sessions.
App control is consistent with Tingon’s other products. Once connected, you simply select the toy, choose a vibration pattern or intensity level, and it responds immediately. There’s currently no option to build or save custom patterns, but Tingon’s team confirmed that this feature is in development.
During use, the A1 delivers a high-frequency vibration that becomes more intense above 60% power. The diamond-textured silicone provides a unique stimulation at higher intensities (80% and above), it creates a rippling, rim-like sensation that’s especially noticeable around the anal opening. This texture doesn’t just add sensation on insertion and removal, it provides a light sensation similar to rimming.
Where the A1 really shines is when used alongside a stroker or masturbator. The internal vibrations act as a secondary layer of stimulation, enhancing arousal and increasing overall body awareness. It makes edging feel more immersive and can push a session toward climax more quickly than expected. For me, the added girth required a bit of patience during insertion, but once in place, the shape stayed secure and delivered steady, pleasurable pressure throughout use. I'm newer to back door play, so more experienced anal toy users likely won’t need quite as much warm-up.
Diamond texture feels great
Variety of patterns and intensities and 5 intensity levels enhance sensation
Very easy app control
Powerful motor
Easy to clean
Noise, while minimal, may disturb shared spaces
Weight may be too much for those used to lightweight anal toys
Charging case can be hard to open, especially when lube is involved
Larger diameter may be hard to insert for beginners
I currently own three anal vibrators that span a range of size, shape, and performance: the We-Vibe Ditto, We-Vibe Vector+, and now the Tingon A1. It’s very much a “small, medium, large” situation, not just in size, but in how each one feels during use.
We-Vibe Ditto is the smallest and most beginner-friendly of the three. It’s slim, easy to insert, and offers moderate rumbly vibrations. While it doesn’t apply strong pressure to the prostate, it’s ideal for warm-ups or for users who prefer external or perineal stimulation. Its gentle presence makes it a good introduction to vibrating plugs.

We-Vibe Vector+ falls squarely in the middle in both size and design. It features an adjustable angle for more precise prostate targeting, and it delivers the deepest and most powerful rumbles of the three. The motor is refined, quiet, and exceptionally satisfying if you’re after strong, focused internal stimulation. For users who prioritize prostate contact and deep resonance over girth, the Vector+ is hard to beat.

Tingon A1 is the largest of the three and has the strongest motor in terms of raw output. However, its vibrations are higher-frequency, delivering a more surface-level stimulation that spreads throughout the anal opening and lower pelvic region. The diamond-textured shaft adds another layer of sensation, especially at higher intensities. While it doesn’t have the curved shape for precise prostate pressure, its weight, girth, and texture create a more full-bodied experience — especially during movement or when paired with a stroker.
The TINGON Vibrating Anal Plug A1 blends precise design with robust performance, offering 12 modes and app control for decent value at approx 100CAD at time of writing. Its textured versatility and quiet operation appeal to users, noise and runtime are very good for their price point. Tingon continues using its high quality brushless motors in the A1, and the added efficiency prevented hot spots during testing. It is a larger diameter toy, so not necessarily for a beginner, but with lube, and patience it would make an excellent addition to any toy box.
