The Kiiroo PowerShot is one of the newest compact strokers out there, it released today! Earlier this year Toon Timmermans, founder and CEO of Kiiroo, was quoted by Pulse Magazine: “We are noticing a shift in the market with more consumers looking for high-tech sex toy options, at a lower price point. We listened and answered with the PowerShot, an interactive and portable male stroker toy." Kiiroo did exactly that.
Kiiroo sent us this toy earlier this summer in exchange for feedback for their R+D team and a thorough review. After extensive testing, I found the PowerShot to be versatile, high-performing, and a strong standalone product. Its dual motors, squeeze-responsive feature, and clear sleeve provide unique sensations that set it apart from competitors. While some features are still in development, the PowerShot already feels like a welcome addition to the Kiiroo ecosystem. It is a rare case where a compact stroker delivers both immediate satisfaction and long-term potential.
The PowerShot arrives in minimalist packaging that feels more like a premium tech device than a toy. I recently did some PC upgrading, and it felt reminiscent of unboxing a new CPU. Inside the box you find the PowerShot Stroker, a breathable two-part case, a magnetic charger with two charging pins, a quick start guide, and some inserts. For us, a bottle of refreshing powder for the sleeve was included. Everything is laid out cleanly, with no wasted space or unnecessary items, which gives the impression of a product built for modern, thoughtful users.
The toy itself immediately stands out. Instead of a hard plastic shell, the outer case has a soft-touch surface with just enough flex to make it ergonomic and easy to hold. The inner sleeve is crystal clear, stretchy, and soft to the touch. It has a glass-like appearance that lets you see both textures and movement. This adds a visual novelty that makes the first use more exciting. Kiiroo has made sure the unboxing experience feels deliberate, and it sets the right tone for the performance that follows.
At just over 2.5 inches in length, the PowerShot strikes a balance between compact portability and functional depth. The outer shell feels sturdy and comfortable, while the crystal-clear sleeve stretches smoothly without any unpleasant odors. Every curve and material choice seems designed to provide a premium in-hand experience without adding unnecessary weight.
An interesting detail is the squeeze cutout on the back. By pressing into this square opening you can increase tightness during use. The pressure is directed directly on the frenulum (underside of the penis head). This gives you control over intensity without complicated mechanics. It also creates a sense of interaction with the toy that goes beyond simply stroking, adding a tactile layer that many hard-shelled strokers lack. In our testing, we found this extra detail added some variety during couples play, especially during foreplay.
A single multifunction button cycles through the multiple vibration modes, which means you can use the toy without needing to connect the app every time. We have reviewed some toys over the summer with multiple button layouts, and having the simplicity of a single button makes life easier. I'm also grateful that this toy doesn't rely purely on app control to make it fun, but that it is available to make the experience better.
The PowerShot houses two internal motors that create layered vibrations rather than concentrating on a single point. The intensity is surprising for such a compact toy. Whether you want a steady hum or pulsing rhythm, the modes cover a wide range. The vibrations also remain consistent at higher intensities, which is not always the case with smaller strokers. This is where the app came in handy, as you can set the intensity and pattern for what you like.
During couples testing, my partner decided to switch things up by twisting the sleeve while cycling through patterns. The sleeve pattern is designed to hold lube while stroking and apparently also while rotating it back and forth. We only needed to reapply once during our longer testing session. The vibrations are strong enough to enhance both stroking and edging sessions. The balance between texture and vibration makes it stimulating without being overwhelming, which is ideal for long play.
The squeeze cutout also proved effective. Adding pressure at just the right moment intensified the experience in a way that felt natural and controllable. This small design feature turned out to be one of the most memorable aspects of the toy, especially when used during edging.
The PowerShot is listed as waterproof. It can handle quick cleaning under running water once the sleeve is removed, but the motor housing should not be submerged. This means it is best cleaned in parts rather than as a whole unit. The removable sleeve makes this easy and helps avoid frustration trying to rinse out all the little soap bubbles.
While not submersible, the design is splash resistant enough for basic washing, which is all most users will need. It also dries quickly thanks to the ventilated case, which reduces the risk of trapped moisture.
So far, after a month of testing, including use in the shower, and no issues so far.
The PowerShot is compact, lightweight, and simple to operate with one button. This makes it beginner friendly and approachable even for those who have never used an app-connected stroker before. The squeeze cutout requires some hand dexterity, but otherwise the toy is straightforward.
Its smaller size also makes it more accessible for users who find larger strokers uncomfortable or impractical. Combined with the transparent sleeve, it offers a visual experience that can be engaging for users with different sensory preferences.
This summer has been a very busy one outside of the realm of sex toy testing. We took a family vacation outside of the country and I brought along the PowerShot in case my partner and I could sneak away for some us time. Unfortunately that never happened, the responsibilities of being a Dad took priority, but I was grateful to find out how easy it was to travel with. TSA didn't seem to care, I told them there was a personal massager in the suitcase, and they didn't even care about opening the suitcase. So, point for the travel score!
I tested the PowerShot across three scenarios. Each one highlighted the versatility of the toy and showed how well it adapts to different play styles.
As a standard stroker, the textures combined with vibrations made for a satisfying experience. The size is smaller than a Fleshlight, but the dual motors more than compensate. The PowerShot was comfortable to use for longer sessions and proved effective for edging without leaving my hand fatigued. Just for giggles, I slipped the FeelAgatha sleeve into the vibrating outer shell just to see what it would be like. Not that I want to give away too many spoilers, but the moment the new PowerShot hard case for the Keon comes out I'm ordering one, maybe two. The vibrations translated very well through the material and felt omni-directional, and it was difficult to pinpoint where the vibrations came from.
The toy is easy for a partner to hold and control during foreplay. The squeeze cutout was especially fun when a partner used it unexpectedly. Having a compact stroker with vibration makes partner play feel more interactive, and it was easy to incorporate into both foreplay and intercourse. We love to incorporate toys into our play time, and we found this to be a welcome addition to our toy chest.
The sleeve itself is versatile enough to be used as an oral sex enhancer. Its softness allows deeper sensations without discomfort, making it ideal for partners who struggle with gag reflex sensitivity. The transparency also makes the visual experience more engaging, which added to the novelty of this use case.
There is a compatible case coming later this year that will work with the Keon, PowerBlow, Connect, and PowerShot. It should work with every sleeve except the smaller ones, but time will tell. I'll update this section when the new case comes out!
After repeated use, the sleeve retained its shape and flexibility with no tearing. The motors remained consistent and the outer shell resisted scratches. The breathable storage case prevents moisture buildup, which extends the toy’s life.
In my experience so far, Kiiroo has a good track record for product longevity, and the PowerShot feels like it will hold up over time. The fact that the sleeve is removable and replaceable adds another layer of durability, since wear does not mean replacing the entire device. Currently, there are no additional options for replacement, but given that they added additional sleeves to the Onyx+ and Titan, I can see them adding this option down the road. Fleshlight and Tenga have done well in the compact stroker markets, so it would be surprising if Kiiroo did not release some extra sleeves soon. Time will tell.
The Kiiroo FeelConnect app elevates the PowerShot beyond being just a stroker. Pairing was simple and the app immediately prompted a firmware update. The smooth pairing process shows Kiiroo’s focus on creating an ecosystem that stays relevant through software updates.
Key features include:
Interactive content sync with encoded videos that matched on-screen action without lag. This is crucial for immersion and makes the PowerShot ideal for interactive play.
Tested Remote play with a partner’s Pearl2+ for long-distance sessions. This was seamless and created a sense of connection that is difficult to replicate with non-app toys.
Custom vibration patterns that can be saved for offline use. This is one of the most practical features for tailoring your own sessions.
A stamina training program that is currently in development and offers only basic timers. While limited right now, the potential for guided routines is exciting.
Even with the incomplete training feature, the app already makes the PowerShot one of the most advanced compact strokers available. The ability to integrate with other devices ensures it has room to grow as Kiiroo expands its ecosystem. When the Stamina Training features come online, I'll post a separate write up given it seems like there will be loads of features included.
The PowerShot is built with durable materials and designed for modular compatibility. Rather than replacing the entire toy, users will be able to expand its functionality with future accessories. The long-lasting battery and magnetic charging also reduce the need for frequent replacements.
By creating a product that works both on its own and within a larger system, Kiiroo has designed something that is less likely to become obsolete. This modular approach is an important step toward sustainability in the sex tech industry.
The closest competitor to the PowerShot is the Fleshlight Quickshot. While both are compact strokers, the PowerShot offers motors, app connectivity, and modular integration with the Keon system. In other words, the Quickshot is a simple stroker while the PowerShot is a future-ready pleasure hub.
Another competitor worth mentioning is the Tenga Flip Zero. While the Flip Zero has strong textures and suction, it lacks the dual-motor vibration and app features of the PowerShot. If you value tech and versatility, the PowerShot offers far more depth. There is a motorized Flip toy, but it's on the same price point as the Keon.
The PowerShot is a good match for several types of users:
Tech enthusiasts who want app integration and interactive content.
Couples looking to enhance oral and foreplay.
Solo users who value powerful vibrations in a compact design.
Existing Kiiroo users who want a modular stroker to pair with the Keon (eventually).
Lower cost entry into sex-tech toys.
Users who want more than a basic stroker without breaking the bank.
It is not the best fit for those who want a large, fully manual stroker, but for almost everyone else, it offers an appealing mix of innovation and performance. This will absolutely augment the full sized strokers when the new case comes to market.
The stamina training program is still incomplete at time of writing.
Modular accessories were not yet available at the time of review.
The refreshing powder permanently changes the sleeve from clear to matte.
Dual motors deliver strong and varied sensations.
Crystal-clear sleeve is soft, stretchy, and visually stimulating.
Squeeze cutout adds a unique layer of control.
App integration with interactive videos and remote play.
Long battery life and reliable magnetic charging.
Compact, ergonomic design that is discreet and travel friendly.
The Kiiroo PowerShot is a step above other compact masturbators in the price range. It is a modular device that delivers powerful sensations today and promises even more functionality in the future. While we are disappointed the full ecosystem can't be tested just yet, If you are looking for a compact, app-connected stroker with premium design and the potential to expand, the PowerShot is an excellent choice.
